hot Spicy meat
Make hot spicy meat in 5 easy steps
- Beef/ Chicken/ turkey etc
- pepper/ chilly (bell pepper or scotch bonnet pepper
- Groundnut oil (1 cooking spoon)
- Tomatoes paste ( 1 tbs)
- 2 Garlic
- 2 onion balls
- spices (curry powder, thyme, chicken spice, all purpose seasoning etc).
Blend the tomatoes, pepper, onion, garlic, ginger.
Spice meat to preferred taste and boil the meat with little water ( half to full cup depending on the quantity of meat).
Let the meat cook until it is soft and tender. Let it cook until the water is almost dried up. this will help incorporate all the spices into the meat for a richer taste.
Put in groundnut oil, with everything you have blended as well as the tomato paste. You can add some more spice if needed.
Cover it and let the water dry up completely; as it dry up, keep steering it as it fry in the oil.
You can bake it in the oven OR enjoy it that way. Which ever way you decide it will still taste great.
