Personal growth involves understanding yourself and pushing yourself to reach the highest level you want to attain. It involves you constantly asking yourself who you want to become and how you plan to get there. To develop yourself, you have to build new uplifting habits and hobbies, learn new skills, break off old habits and practicing new strategies to achieve your goals. All these work and effort we put in goes ahead to affect every aspect of our lives even those around us (so its not so personal after all).

Personal growth helps you to be intentional about your goals, priorities, future plans and purpose. This will inspire you to take more positive steps and live a better life.

It is a huge part of being successful in your life, work place, school and other sectors. Therefore, it must be taken seriously.

The sole purpose of the challenge is to help us explore new things  and figure out if we need them and discard old habits. As well as figure out what you want from life and how you can make it happen!
